Data controller

What data we collect

When you sign up to be notified when the service is ready to let you in, we add your email to our mailing list, but store no other personal data about you. If you provide a message about your integration needs, we also store that message.

When you create an account for the Integreat platform, we store your name and email address for the purpose of managing your account and providing the service. If you sign in with a third-party service like GitHub or Google, we store your identifier with that service so we can connect your sign-in with your Integreat account.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: your consent when signing up for our mailing list, contractual necessity when providing the Integreat platform service, and legitimate interest for ensuring the security and operation of the service.

Cookies

This site uses a single cookie to maintain your authentication session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and is set only when you log in. It is not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics on our marketing site. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. All data is aggregated and no individual visitors can be identified.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:Google Cloud (Belgium) for hosting, data storage, and infrastructure, Resend (Ireland) for email delivery and mailing list management, and GitHub and Google as optional authentication providers. These services process data on our behalf and are bound by their respective privacy policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the service.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Other terms will apply when you start using our service to build integrations, and will be covered by a dedicated contract.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to our processing of your data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@integreat.io or through our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and secure storage of credentials.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
